November 29, 2021 I have an engagement ring and the claws kept breaking putting the diamond in danger of constantly falling out. Instead of a repair, John suggested a new setting that kept the diamond safer and that was less likely to damage. I absolutely love the new setting he suggested. It was only a subtle change (as I didn’t want to alter the look of my ring) but it has made such a difference to the overall look and actually presents the diamond a whole lot better.
