John and Kerri’s personalised service, excellent communication and high quality workmanship keeps me coming back… and I live in Central Victoria, not in Geelong!

Last year they did a wonderful job of restoring my engagement ring back to its original beauty; keeping its original design. I was thrilled that I could keep the sentimental design which I fell in love with all those years ago! Had I gone someone else I would have just been advised to buy a replacement. Where would have been the sentiment in that? After 27 years I am so pleased I still have my original design. I hadn’t realised it was so important to me… glad I listened to John’s advice on this.

Just recently I entrusted John’s craftsmanship to do repairs to my precious belcher gold chain and to replace the broken and worn out bolt ring clasp. It came back with an even stronger bolt ring clasp!
